Silent Burpee
The burpee with every jump taken out: walk the feet back to a plank and in again one at a time, then rise onto the toes with the arms overhead.
How to do it
Setup
Standing tall, arms overhead.
Steps
- Squat and place the hands on the floor.
- Walk the feet back to a plank, one foot at a time.
- Walk them back in and stand.
- Rise onto the toes and reach the arms overhead.
Common mistakes
Dropping into the plank with a thud: every move is quiet; step, do not jump. Hips swinging as a foot steps back: brace first. Skipping the reach at the top: finish tall, on the toes.
Breathing
Steady throughout; never held.
