TrennoThe gym workout log for iPhone and Apple Watch.
Know what to do at the gym today: follow a program, log every set in a tap and watch the numbers add up week by week. The Apple Watch app keeps the phone in the locker.

25 programs written with their sets, rest times and coach notes: full-body plans for beginners, upper/lower and push/pull/legs splits, dumbbell and kettlebell plans, and a few with no equipment at all. Pick one and the week is planned.

Every set, logged in a tap.
- Last time is already there. The weight and reps from the previous session fill the row. Change what changed and tick the set.
- Honest records. Warm-up, drop and failure sets are marked, so a personal record is a real one.
- Rest you can see. The rest timer starts when you tick the set and runs on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.
- Your way of training. Supersets and circuits, rep ranges, per-exercise rest times and notes.

549 exercises, drawn and explained.
Each one comes with an illustration, the muscles it works and a four-part guide: setup, steps, common mistakes and breathing. Search by name, muscle or equipment, or add your own.
See the work add up.
- Every session, summed up. Duration, volume, sets and the muscles you hit, on a body map, right after you finish.
- Records per exercise. Estimated one-rep max, best weight, best set and a chart of the working weight over time.
- Ready or not. A muscle map of the week and a recovery estimate of what has rested enough to train.
- Apple Health, if you want it. Workouts, body weight and measurements sync with Apple Health when you switch it on.

The phone stays in the locker.
Start the workout on the watch, log sets and rest between them from the wrist, with your heart rate on screen. The session lands on the phone with its active energy.

Good to know.
Where is my data stored?
On your iPhone and, if you are signed in to iCloud, in the private area of your own iCloud account. The Privacy Policy has the details.
Do I need an Apple Watch?
No. The watch app is a companion. Everything works on the iPhone alone.
Can I build my own programs?
Yes. Routines and programs of your own, with supersets, rep ranges and rest times, organized in folders.
How do I move to a new iPhone?
Sign in to the same iCloud account and install the app: your data syncs down on its own. You can also export a backup from Settings and import it on the new device.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. Trenno is built for iPhone and Apple Watch.
How do I get help?
Write to support@trenno.app, or start with the support page.
