A push-up, then at the top tap one shoulder with the opposite hand without letting the hips rock; alternate hands.
How to do it

Steps
- Lower into a push-up, then press up.
- Lift one hand and tap the opposite shoulder.
- Replace the hand and repeat, tapping with the other.
Common mistakes
Hips rocking side to side on the tap: widen the feet and brace. Sagging through the push-up: keep the body one line. Slapping the hand back down: place it under the shoulder.
