Clap Push-Up
Push hard enough to leave the floor and clap before landing; a power movement – stop the set when the height drops.

How to do it
Setup
Standard push-up plank, hands ready to drive.
Steps
- Lower fast but controlled.
- Explode up until the hands leave the floor.
- Clap and land soft on bent elbows into the next rep.
Common mistakes
Landing on locked elbows: always into the bend. Clap rushing the landing: no clap beats a missed catch. Grinding reps past power: explosive sets end EARLY.
Breathing
Sharp exhale on the drive.
