Push-Up Toe Touch
A push-up, then one foot swung forward under the body so the opposite hand can touch its toes; a longer reach than a knee tap.
How to do it
Setup
High plank, feet hip-width, hands set wide enough to let a leg pass.
Steps
- Lower the chest close to the floor and press up.
- Swing one foot forward under the body and touch its toes with the opposite hand.
- Send the foot back to the plank and switch sides.
Common mistakes
Collapsing onto the standing arm as you reach: keep that shoulder stacked over the hand. Twisting the hips high: rotate only as far as the plank allows. Foot landing short on the way back: return it fully so the push-up starts from a long plank.
Breathing
Inhale lowering, exhale on the press and the reach.
