Double Plank Jack to 4 Mountain Climbers
In a high plank, two plank jacks, then four mountain-climber knee drives; repeat the cycle without dropping the hips.
How to do it
Setup
High plank, hands under the shoulders, feet together.
Steps
- Jump the feet wide and back together, twice.
- Drive the knees in turn, four times.
- Keep the shoulders over the hands and repeat.
Common mistakes
Hips popping up on the jacks: brace so the plank stays flat. Knee drives shrinking to taps: bring each knee toward the chest. Hands creeping forward: reset them under the shoulders.
Breathing
Fast steady rhythm.
