Tuck Jump Burpee
A burpee whose leap pulls both knees to the chest in the air; land soft and drop straight into the next rep.

How to do it
Setup
Stand tall, feet shoulder-width.
Steps
- Drop through the burpee: plank, push-up, feet in.
- Leap and pull both knees up to the chest.
- Land soft on bent knees.
- Drop straight into the next rep.
Common mistakes
Rounding forward to meet the knees: the chest stays up; the knees come to it. Stiff landings: the knees bend into the catch. Losing the plank as fatigue builds: shorter set, full reps.
Breathing
Exhale on the push-up and the jump.
