TRX Single-Arm Row
Hold one handle and lean back, the free arm out for balance; pull the chest to the working hand without letting the shoulders turn.

How to do it
Setup
Hold one handle and lean back on a straight arm, feet walked forward; the free arm reaches out for balance.
Steps
- Pull the chest to the working hand, elbow along the ribs.
- Keep the shoulders and hips square to the anchor.
- Lower back to a straight arm with control.
Common mistakes
Rotating the torso into the pull: the free arm is a counterweight, not an engine. Hips sagging out of the line: brace the abs and squeeze the glutes. Doing more reps on the strong side; match the count.
Breathing
Exhale on the pull, inhale on the way down.
