Iso-Lateral Machine Row
Each arm rows its own lever, so neither side can cover for the other.

How to do it
Setup
Chest on the pad, one handle in each hand, arms long.
Steps
- Row both levers back together, or one at a time.
- Squeeze each blade fully.
- Return long and even.
Common mistakes
The strong side finishing early: match the weaker arm's tempo. Rotating toward a single working arm: chest square on the pad. Loading levers unevenly: check both sides' plates.
Breathing
Exhale on the row, inhale returning.
