Single-Leg Burpee
The whole burpee on one leg – the other foot never touches the floor, from the kick-back to the leap; switch legs halfway through the set.

How to do it
Setup
Stand on one leg, the other foot lifted behind you.
Steps
- Hands to the floor and kick the standing leg back to a one-leg plank.
- Do a push-up with the free foot still off the floor.
- Hop the foot back in and leap off that leg.
- Land on the same leg; switch legs halfway through the set.
Common mistakes
Free foot touching down: it stays up from start to finish. Hip sagging on the plank side: brace the glutes. Landing on a straight knee: bend into the catch.
Breathing
Exhale on the push-up and the jump.
