Ring Elevated Row
The ring row with the feet up on a bench, so the body hangs almost level under the rings and the pull is at its hardest.
How to do it
Setup
Rings low, heels on a bench, body straight from head to heels, arms long under the rings.
Steps
- Pull the chest up between the rings.
- Keep the hips level with the shoulders and heels.
- Lower to straight arms with control.
Common mistakes
Hips dropping below the line: squeeze the glutes; lower the feet if it keeps happening. Rings drifting apart: pull them to the ribs. Kicking the heels off the bench: they only rest there.
Breathing
Exhale on the pull, inhale on the way down.
