Ring Dip
Dips on rings; the rings turn under load, so the shoulders and the trunk stabilise every rep.

How to do it
Setup
Rings at support height, arms locked, rings turned slightly out.
Steps
- Lower with the rings tracking close to the body.
- Elbows to ~90°.
- Press back up and steady the turnout at the top.
Common mistakes
Attempting before bar dips are strong: rings multiply everything. Rings drifting wide: close to the ribs. Rushing the lockout: the top hold is half the skill.
Breathing
Inhale lowering, exhale pressing.
