Rear Delt Fly with Bed Sheet

Leaning back on a bed sheet shut in the top of a door, spread the straight arms wide to pull the body upright; the TRX reverse fly with a sheet.

How to do it

Setup

A sheet shut in the top of a door that opens away from you, its ends in the hands, body leaning back with the arms straight.

Steps

  1. Spread the straight arms wide until the body stands upright.
  2. Pause with the arms out to the sides.
  3. Let the arms come together as you lean back.

Common mistakes

A door that opens toward you: the pull can open it; use one that opens away, locked if possible. Bending the elbows into a row: keep the arms long. Hips folding: brace, heels to head in one line.

Breathing

Exhale opening the arms, inhale lowering.
