Plank Shoulder Tap
From a high plank, tap the opposite shoulder in turn; the hips must not rock.

How to do it
Setup
HIGH plank on straight arms, feet wider than usual, body one line.
Steps
- Lift one hand and tap the OPPOSITE shoulder.
- Keep the hips dead level through the tap.
- Return the hand and switch sides.
Common mistakes
Hips rocking side to side: the anti-rotation IS the exercise; wider feet, slower taps. Rushing: a slow tap is worth three fast ones. Sagging between taps: the plank holds throughout.
Breathing
Exhale on each tap.
