Plank Jack on Elbows

The plank jack on the forearms: the feet jump wide and back together while the hips stay level.

How to do it

Setup

Forearm plank, elbows under the shoulders, feet together.

Steps

  1. Hop the feet out wide.
  2. Hop them back together.
  3. Keep the forearms pressed down and the body in one line.

Common mistakes

Hips rising with each hop: brace; the plank stays flat. Elbows drifting forward: keep them under the shoulders. Toes slamming down: let the feet brush the floor lightly.

Breathing

Fast steady rhythm.
