Plank Jack
In a plank, jump the feet wide and back together like a jumping jack while the hips stay level.

How to do it
Setup
High plank, hands under the shoulders, body one rigid line from head to heels.
Steps
- Jump the feet wide.
- Jump them back together.
- Keep the hips level and the shoulders over the hands.
Common mistakes
Hips bouncing up with the jump: the plank rules; brace harder. Shoulders drifting back behind the hands: stay stacked. Feet landing heavy: quick, light contacts.
Breathing
Exhale on every jump; keep the rhythm.
