Medicine Ball Mountain Climbers
In a plank with both hands on the ball, drive the knees to the chest in turn at a fast pace.

How to do it
Setup
Plank with BOTH hands on the ball, feet wide for balance.
Steps
- Drive the knees to the chest in turn.
- Keep the hips level and the ball dead still.
- Find a rhythm the ball can survive.
Common mistakes
Ball rocking: slower knees, stiffer shoulders. Hips piking: plank line rules. Wrists complaining: spread the fingers around the ball.
Breathing
