How to do it

Setup

Plank with BOTH hands on the ball, feet wide for balance.

Steps

  1. Drive the knees to the chest in turn.
  2. Keep the hips level and the ball dead still.
  3. Find a rhythm the ball can survive.

Common mistakes

Ball rocking: slower knees, stiffer shoulders. Hips piking: plank line rules. Wrists complaining: spread the fingers around the ball.

Breathing

Steady rhythm with the legs.
