Kettlebell Overhead Carry
Walk with the bell locked out overhead on a straight arm; the shoulder stabilizes every step, ribs down.

How to do it
Setup
Press one bell overhead to a straight-arm lockout, biceps by the ear, ribs down.
Steps
- Walk tall in a straight line.
- Keep the arm vertical and the elbow locked on every step.
- Switch hands halfway and walk back.
Common mistakes
Elbow softening under the load: lock it out or take a lighter bell. Ribs flaring: the lean hides in the lower back; stack ribs over hips. Shoulder shrugged into the ear: press it down and keep the arm vertical.
Breathing
Steady throughout the walk.
