Kettlebell Racked Carry

Walk tall with one bell held in the rack position; the trunk refuses to lean toward or away from the load.

How to do it

Setup

Clean one bell to the rack – elbow on the ribs, wrist straight, shoulders level.

Steps

  1. Walk tall in a straight line.
  2. Hold the rack still – the elbow stays on the ribs while the trunk refuses to lean.
  3. Switch hands halfway and walk back.

Common mistakes

Leaning back against the load: ribs down, glutes on. Elbow drifting off the ribs: without the shelf the arm tires first. Rushing steps: slow and tall beats fast and tilted.

Breathing

Steady throughout the walk.
