Dumbbell Incline Low Fly
A fly from low to high on an incline bench: the bells hang beside the hips and sweep up to meet over the chest.
How to do it
Setup
Bench at 30–45°, bells hanging beside the hips, palms forward, elbows soft.
Steps
- Raise the bells up and in until they meet over the chest.
- Keep the elbow angle soft and fixed.
- Lower them back beside the hips slowly.
Common mistakes
Swinging the bells up from the bottom: start each rep still. Bells rising straight ahead: they travel toward each other. Shoulders creeping up as the bells rise: blades down.
Breathing
Exhale on the sweep up, inhale lowering.
