Dumbbell Bicep Curl on Stability Ball with Leg Raised

Both dumbbells curled together while seated on a stability ball with one leg held out straight; two bells rising at once shift the balance more than one.

How to do it

Setup

Seated on a stability ball, one foot flat, the other leg straight out at hip height, bells hanging at the sides.

Steps

  1. Settle the balance with the leg raised.
  2. Curl both bells to the shoulders together.
  3. Lower both slowly; switch the raised leg after the set.

Common mistakes

Rocking back as both bells rise: brace and keep the chest over the hips. Planted foot sliding: set it flat and firm. Raised leg dropping mid-set: hold it up for every rep.

Breathing

Exhale on the curl, inhale lowering.
