Wrist Roller
Arms out in front, wind the weight up on the cord and lower it back down; the burn comes on quickly.

How to do it
Setup
Hold the roller at shoulder height, arms out front, weight hanging on the cord.
Steps
- Wind the weight all the way up, hand over hand.
- Lower it by unwinding under control – no free spin.
- Alternate winding direction between sets.
Common mistakes
Letting it spin down: the unwind is half the set. Shoulders burning out first: elbows can bend a little; this is for the wrists. Death-gripping: re-grip loose and fast.
Breathing
Steady throughout; never held.
