Walking Lunge
Lunge forward and bring the back foot through into the next step; keep the torso upright the whole way.

How to do it
Setup
Standing tall, hands free or at the chest, clear runway ahead.
Steps
- Lunge forward, back knee toward the floor.
- Drive up and bring the back foot THROUGH into the next lunge.
- Keep the torso tall through every step.
Common mistakes
Standing fully between steps: the walk flows; rise into the next step. Narrow tightrope steps: keep hip-width tracks. Depth fading: same knee-hover every step.
Breathing
Inhale into each lunge, exhale driving through.
