TRX One-Leg Chest Press

The TRX chest press balanced on one foot, the other leg lifted behind; the single support makes the trunk and hips hold the line.

How to do it

Setup

Facing away from the anchor, handles at the chest, weight on one foot, the other leg lifted behind.

Steps

  1. Lower the chest between the handles, the lifted leg in line with the body.
  2. Keep the hips level over the standing foot.
  3. Press back to straight arms; switch legs after the set.

Common mistakes

Lifted leg dropping to the floor for balance: lean less until it can stay up. Hips twisting open: square them to the floor. Sagging through the middle: brace and squeeze the glutes.

Breathing

Inhale as you lower, exhale on the press.
