TRX Bent-Knee Inverted Row
The TRX inverted row with the knees bent and the feet flat; the legs take part of the weight, which makes it the easier start of the family.
How to do it
Setup
Lying under the handles, arms straight, knees bent with the feet flat, hips lifted in line with the thighs.
Steps
- Pull the chest to the handles, keeping the hips up.
- Squeeze the shoulder blades at the top.
- Lower back to straight arms with the hips still lifted.
Common mistakes
Hips sitting down as you pull: knees, hips and shoulders stay in one line. Pushing up with the legs: the feet only anchor; the back does the pull. Chin leading to the handles: the chest leads.
Breathing
Exhale on the pull, inhale on the way down.
