Stair Climber, illustrated

How to do it

Setup

Step onto the revolving staircase, hands LIGHT on the rails.

Steps

  1. Climb full steps at a steady pace.
  2. Stand tall, hips under the shoulders.
  3. Log minutes; raise the pace before raising the lean.

Common mistakes

Hanging on the rails: the climb stops counting; fingertips only. Half-steps on the toes: full foot, full step. Hunching: the stairs are climbed tall.

Breathing

Steady with the climb.
