Stair Climber
The revolving-staircase machine: climb full steps at a steady pace, upright, without hanging on the rails.

How to do it
Setup
Step onto the revolving staircase, hands LIGHT on the rails.
Steps
- Climb full steps at a steady pace.
- Stand tall, hips under the shoulders.
- Log minutes; raise the pace before raising the lean.
Common mistakes
Hanging on the rails: the climb stops counting; fingertips only. Half-steps on the toes: full foot, full step. Hunching: the stairs are climbed tall.
Breathing
Steady with the climb.
