Stability Ball Pike
From a plank with the shins on the ball, raise the hips and roll the ball toward your hands with straight legs, then roll back out.

How to do it
Setup
Plank with the shins on the ball, hands under the shoulders.
Steps
- Raise the hips toward the ceiling, rolling the ball to the feet.
- Legs stay straight; the body folds into an inverted V.
- Roll back to the plank with control.
Common mistakes
Bending the knees: that is the tuck, an easier cousin; keep legs long. Shoulders drifting past the hands: stacked wrists and shoulders. Sagging between reps: the plank never rests.
Breathing
Exhale on the pike, inhale returning.
