Resistance Band Foot Inversion

The foot turned inward against a band, seated with the legs crossed and the band's ends held on the other side.

How to do it

Setup

Seated, shins crossed, band around the working forefoot, ends held at the other knee.

Steps

  1. Turn the working sole inward against the band.
  2. Pause with the big-toe side lifted.
  3. Return slowly; switch feet after the set.

Common mistakes

Pulling the band with the hands: they only anchor it. Twisting the whole leg: the knee stays still. Band slipping off: set it across the ball of the foot.

Breathing

Exhale turning in, inhale returning.
