Seated Feet Circle
Seated with the legs straight out, circle both feet at the ankles at once, the legs resting on the floor.
How to do it
Setup
Seated on the floor, leaning back on the hands, legs straight and together.
Steps
- Draw large, slow circles with both feet together.
- Point the toes at the bottom, pull them back at the top.
- Change direction for the second half of the set.
Common mistakes
Rolling the legs instead of the ankles: the knees point up and stay still. Circles shrinking to a wiggle: slow down, full range. Feet out of step with each other: keep them together.
Breathing
Steady throughout; never held.
