Recumbent Bike
Seated back-supported cycling; the easiest cardio machine on the lower back.

How to do it
Setup
Seat set so the knee stays soft at full extension, back against the rest.
Steps
- Pedal smoothly against the resistance.
- Keep the whole foot working through the circle.
- Log minutes and calories.
Common mistakes
Seat too close: the knees fold past comfort. Toes-only pedaling: push through the whole foot. Resistance at zero: even the easiest machine needs SOME load to count.
Breathing
Easy and steady.
