Kettlebell Plank Pass Through

In a high plank, reach under the body with the far hand and pull a kettlebell across to the other side, hips square the whole time.

How to do it

Setup

High plank, feet wider than the hips, a kettlebell on the floor just behind one hand.

Steps

  1. Reach under the chest with the opposite hand and grab the handle.
  2. Drag the bell across to the other side and set the hand back down.
  3. Switch hands and pull it back the other way.

Common mistakes

Hips rocking as the hand leaves the floor: widen the feet and brace harder. Lifting the bell high to swing it over: keep it low and close to the floor. Hips piking up: hold one line from the head to the heels.

Breathing

Steady throughout; never held.
