Hands Reversed Clasped Circular Toe Touch
The circular toe touch with the laced hands turned palms out, the reversed grip held through the whole circle down to the feet and back up the side.
How to do it
Setup
Standing, feet hip-width, knees soft, fingers laced overhead and the palms turned up to the ceiling.
Steps
- Fold forward, keeping the palms turned out, and reach toward the toes.
- Sweep across the feet and rise up one side.
- Press the palms up at the top of the circle, then go the other way after the set.
Common mistakes
Palms turning back in on the way down: hold the reversed grip the whole circle. Bent elbows at the top: straighten them and press the palms up. Locked knees in the fold: keep them soft.
Breathing
Exhale folding down, inhale circling up.
