Chin Tuck
Sitting or standing tall, draw the chin straight back over the throat without tipping the head; hold, then release.

How to do it
Setup
Sit or stand tall, shoulders down, eyes level.
Steps
- Draw the chin straight back over the throat, as if sliding the head along a shelf.
- Keep the eyes level – the head does not tip down.
- Hold the position, then release slowly.
Common mistakes
Nodding the chin down instead of back: this is a slide, not a bow. Pushing with a hand hard enough to strain. Holding the breath through the set.
Breathing
Breathe normally; exhale as you draw the chin back.
