Cable Seated Foot Eversion
Seated on the floor with a low cable cuffed to the forefoot from the inside, turn the sole outward against the stack.
How to do it
Setup
Seated on the floor, leaning back on the hands, the working leg straight, a low cable cuffed to the forefoot from the inner side.
Steps
- Turn the sole outward against the cable, the heel staying put.
- Pause at the end of the turn.
- Let the foot return slowly; switch legs after the set.
Common mistakes
Rotating the whole leg: keep the kneecap pointing up; only the foot turns. Pointing the toes to cheat: keep the ankle at a right angle. Letting the stack pull the foot back fast: return under control.
Breathing
Exhale turning out, inhale returning.
