Bodyweight Standing Row (with Towel)
The standing row at the wall bars with both hands on a towel looped over a rung; the thick, loose grip makes the hands and forearms work.
How to do it
Setup
A towel looped over a rung at chest height, one end in each hand, body leaning back on straight arms.
Steps
- Pull the chest toward the towel, elbows along the body.
- Squeeze the towel hard all the way.
- Lower to straight arms, body still in line.
Common mistakes
Towel sliding through the hands: grip it higher up and squeeze. Hips sagging: the body stays one line. Towel set too low on the bars: loop it at chest height so the pull stays a row.
Breathing
Exhale on the pull, inhale on the way down.
