Bodyweight B Stance Good Morning

The good morning from a B stance, back toes beside the front heel, so the front leg takes the hinge.

How to do it

Setup

Front foot flat, back toes beside its heel, hands behind the head.

Steps

  1. Hinge over the front leg with a flat back.
  2. Keep most of the weight in the front heel.
  3. Stand tall on the front leg; switch sides.

Common mistakes

Leaning on the back foot: it only balances; load the front leg. Elbows collapsing forward: keep them wide. Front knee locking straight: soft and fixed.

Breathing

Inhale hinging, exhale standing.
