Bear Plank Kickback
From a bear plank, knees hovering just off the floor, one straight leg kicks back to hip height and returns.
How to do it
Setup
Hands under the shoulders, knees under the hips and lifted just off the floor.
Steps
- Extend one leg straight back to hip height.
- Keep the other knee hovering, the back flat.
- Return to the bear hold and switch legs.
Common mistakes
Supporting knee dropping to the floor: keep it hovering the whole set. Hips tilting toward the kicking side: square and level. Kicking above the torso line: stop at hip height.
Breathing
