How to do it
Setup
Forearms and knees on a mat, knees under the hips, back flat.
Steps
- Press one sole toward the ceiling, knee bent.
- Lower and sweep that knee across behind the other.
- Kick back up; finish the side, then switch.
Common mistakes
Lower back arching at the top: stop with the thigh in line. Hips rotating as the leg crosses: keep them square. Rushing the sweep: slow and controlled both ways.
