Wall Walk
From a push-up with the feet on the wall, walk the hands back and the feet up until the chest faces the wall, then walk back down; one rep.

How to do it
Setup
Lie face down with the feet at the wall, hands under the shoulders; press up to a push-up.
Steps
- Walk the feet up the wall and the hands back toward it.
- Stop with the chest facing the wall, body tight, hands close to it.
- Walk the hands out and the feet down under control; one rep.
Common mistakes
Banana back against the wall: ribs in, glutes tight. Hands stopping far from the wall: the standard is a hand's width; walk in. Crashing back down: the walk-out is half the rep; slow it.
Breathing
Steady throughout; never held.
