TRX Crunch

The TRX knee tuck from a forearm plank: the knees draw in under the chest and the hips rise, the back rounding.

How to do it

Setup

Forearm plank, elbows under the shoulders, feet in the TRX foot cradles, body in one line.

Steps

  1. Draw the knees in under the chest, the hips rising.
  2. Round the back at the top, the forearms pressing the floor.
  3. Push the legs back out to the forearm plank.

Common mistakes

Hips sagging on the way back: stop in a straight plank, not a dip. Straps swinging: pause at each end before the next tuck. Shoulders sinking between the elbows: push the floor away with the forearms.

Breathing

Exhale on the tuck, inhale extending.
