Skiing
Downhill or cross-country, logged by time.

How to do it
Setup
Gear fitted, bindings checked, terrain matching your level.
Steps
- Ski with the knees soft and the weight forward on the boots.
- Turn with the legs, torso quiet toward the valley.
- Log the day by time.
Common mistakes
Sitting back: the ski tips wander; shins press the boot tongues. Turning with the shoulders: legs steer. Last runs on dead legs: most falls live there; end one run early.
Breathing
Steady; recover on the lifts.
