Single-Arm Lat Pulldown
One handle at a time, which lets the shoulder blade travel further than a bar allows.

How to do it
Setup
One handle overhead, kneel or sit side-on, arm long.
Steps
- Let the blade rise for the full stretch.
- Pull the handle to the shoulder, blade sweeping down.
- Return long, blade travelling up again.
Common mistakes
Skipping the blade's travel: the single arm exists FOR that extra range. Torso bending sideways: tall through the pull. Racing: one arm means half the weight and double the focus.
Breathing
Exhale on the pull, inhale on the stretch.
