Ring Isometric Hold Reverse Ab Rollout

The ring reverse rollout with a hold: from the tuck the legs push out to a long plank, which is held, and the knees come back in to finish.

How to do it

Setup

Feet in rings hung just off the floor, hands on the floor, knees tucked under the chest, hips high.

Steps

  1. Push the legs back until the body is one long line.
  2. Hold there, the arms straight and the hips level; time it.
  3. Tuck the knees back in under the chest to finish.

Common mistakes

Hips sagging in the hold: brace harder or end the set. Shoulders sinking toward the floor: push the floor away with straight arms. Rings swaying in the hold: squeeze the legs together and keep still.

Breathing

Slow and even through the hold.
