Lying Toe Tap
On the back with both straight legs raised, lower one to tap the toes near the floor as the other stays up, then switch.
How to do it
Setup
On the back, arms by the sides, both straight legs raised to a steep angle.
Steps
- Lower one straight leg until the toes brush the floor.
- Raise it back beside the other.
- Tap with the other leg and keep alternating.
Common mistakes
Lower back arching as the leg drops: tap higher until it stays down. Top leg drifting down too: it holds its angle. Knee bending on the tap: keep the leg long.
Breathing
Exhale on each tap.
