Kettlebell Deadlift
Bell between the feet; with a flat back drive through the hips to stand tall, then lower it along the body.

How to do it
Setup
Kettlebell on the floor between the feet, hinge and grip it with both hands, back flat.
Steps
- Push the floor away – hips and chest rise together.
- Stand tall, hips through.
- Hinge to set it back down between the feet.
Common mistakes
Squatting the pull: this is a hinge; hips back. Rounding at the floor: reset the flat back per rep. Bell swinging out front: dead vertical path.
Breathing
Inhale at the bottom, exhale after lockout.
