Bottle Weighted Alternate Front Raise
Front raises with a water bottle in each hand, one arm at a time; the resting arm waits at the thigh.
How to do it
Setup
Stand tall, a bottle in each hand by the handle, arms along the thighs.
Steps
- Raise one bottle forward with a straight arm to shoulder height.
- Keep the torso square; nothing twists toward the raised arm.
- Lower it under control, then raise the other.
Common mistakes
Bottle swinging on its handle: slow the lift until it hangs still. Next arm starting too early: one arm moves at a time. Leaning away from the raised bottle: stand tall, less water.
Breathing
Exhale on each raise, inhale lowering.
