Stability Ball Serratus Wall Slide
The serratus wall slide with the forearms on a stability ball pinned to the wall; the ball rolls up the wall as the arms rise.
How to do it
Setup
Facing a wall, a stability ball pinned to it at chest height under the forearms, feet a step back.
Steps
- Press the forearms into the ball and roll it up the wall.
- Let the shoulder blades travel up and around the ribs.
- Roll the ball back down without letting it drop.
Common mistakes
Ball slipping down the wall: keep a steady press into it. Shrugging as the ball rises: shoulders down. Leaning the body weight onto the ball: stand tall; the arms do the pressing.
Breathing
