Kettlebell Two-Arm Row

The bent-over row with a kettlebell in each hand, both pulled together to the hips.

How to do it

Setup

Feet hip-width, torso hinged to about 45°, a bell in each hand below the shoulders.

Steps

  1. Row both bells to the hips together.
  2. Squeeze the blades with the torso still.
  3. Lower both bells to a dead hang.

Common mistakes

Bells knocking into each other: let them hang just outside the legs. Rising out of the hinge: the angle holds. Uneven pull: both bells arrive together.

Breathing

Exhale on the row, inhale lowering.
