Kettlebell Renegade Row
In a plank with a hand on each bell, row one to the hip while the hips stay square; alternate arms.

How to do it
Setup
Plank with a hand on each bell, feet wide for a stable base.
Steps
- Row one bell to the hip, hips staying square.
- Place it back silently.
- Alternate sides without shifting the plank.
Common mistakes
Hips rotating with the row: the anti-rotation IS the exercise; narrower row, wider feet. Sagging the plank: brace before each row. Wobbly bells: heavier flat-bottomed bells sit steadier.
Breathing
Exhale on the row, inhale placing back.
