Dumbbell Kas Glute Bridge
The Kas bridge with one dumbbell held across the hips instead of a bar: quick to set up, and the short range stays the same.
How to do it
Setup
Upper back across a bench or box, one dumbbell held across the hip crease with both hands, feet flat.
Steps
- Press the hips up until the thighs line up with the torso.
- Dip a hand's width, holding the bell in place, and press again.
- Pause on the last rep before sitting back down.
Common mistakes
Bell sliding toward the ribs: hold it in the hip crease with both hands. Sinking to the floor between reps: the top range is the exercise. Weight on the toes: press through the heels; the toes may lift.
Breathing
Exhale on each press, inhale on the dip.
